1 egg, beaten
¼ cup milk
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 cup Breading Mix Pleasoning®
1½ lb. ground beef
¼ cup ketchup
2 Tablespoon brown sugar
Combine egg, milk, onion, "Breading Mix" Pleasoning® and ground beef. Put in loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. Drain grease. Combine ketchup and brown sugar and spread on top of loaf. Bake 15 minutes more.
