Italian Meatballs

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork (unseasoned)
1/4 onion, minced
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. Breading Mix 034
1 T. Italian 008
Mix all ingredients together. Form into 1″ balls. Brown in 1 tablespoon oil (olive or vegetable). When cooked, place in your favorite spaghetti sauce or Pleasoning’s Spaghetti Meat Sauce. Makes about 24 meatballs.
