Slow Cooker Mexican Cheese Soup (NEW)

1 Pound processed cheese, cubed

1 Pound ground beef, cooked and drained (90/10)

1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, undrained

1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, undrained

1  jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained

1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained

4 teaspoons Taco 021 Pleasoning

 

Coat inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

 

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 3 hours or until done. Serve with corn chips if desired.  Makes 6-8 servings.
