Hot Crab Pinwheels (NEW)

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese

1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed

¾ cup sweet red pepper, finely chopped

½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

2 green onions, finely chopped

3 tablespoons parsley, minced

¼ -½ teaspoon Caution! 041 Pleasoning

6 flour tortillas (6 inch)

 

 

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients (except tortillas). Spread 1/3 cupful over one side of each tortilla and roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.

 

Cut and discard ends of roll-ups. Cut each roll-up into 6 slices. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm. Makes 3 dozen.
