Shrimp-Rice Hot Dish (NEW)

5 slices bacon, chopped

1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms 

¾ cup diced green onions 

1 package (12 ounces) frozen shrimp

3 cups cooked Minute Rice

2 tablespoons butter or margarine  

1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce  

¼ cup water 

1½ teaspoons Chili 002  Pleasoning
 

Fry bacon, mushrooms and onion. Add shrimp and fry until they are thawed out. In another fry pan, lightly brown the Minute Rice in butter. Combine all ingredients in large fry pan. Mix well, cover and simmer for ½ hour.
