Parm-Breaded Pork Chops (NEW)
1/4 Cup all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons Milk
1 Cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (Ritz)
3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 Teaspoon Pork 013 Pleasoning
6 4 ounce each boneless pork loin chops
Preheat oven to 350.
Place flour in a shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, whisk egg and milk. In a third shallow bowl, combine the crackers, cheese and Pleasoning.
Dip pork in the flour, egg mixture, then cracker mixture.
Place pork chops in a 13 X 9-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Makes: 6 servings.
