Cheesy Beef Bar-B-Que Casserole
1 lb. ziti pasta
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. ketchup
2 T. Bar-B-Que Spice Pleasoning®
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. milk
1 ½ c. (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions in a 4-quart pan, drain. Meanwhile, spray 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef and onion, drain. In a small bowl, combine ketchup and "Bar-B-Que Spice" Pleasoning® to make a sauce. Return pasta to 4-quart pan, stir in beef mixture, sauce and remaining ingredients EXCEPT ½ cup of the cheddar cheese. Spoon mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes or until center is hot.
