A great gourmet Bavarian seasoning blend which at one time was only sold to butchers and caterers. We’ve had so many request for this seasoning blend from home sausage makers (especially during La Crosse, WI. Oktoberfest) that we decided to offer it to everyone. Bavarian Sausage is great for making bratwursts, sausage or to season pork, venison, poultry or beef! We (Pleasoning) use plain ol’ store-bought brats, pierce them barely with the tines of a fork, put this seasoning (to taste) and the brats in a Dutch Oven filled with beer! Gluten free!

Bavarian Sausage Pleasoning® contains 78% less sodium than table salt with only 130 mg of sodium per 1/4 teaspoon! (table salt contains 590 mg sodium per 1/4 tsp.)
